Friends for Life Anaheim 2026

Friends for Life Anaheim 2026 will be held from Friday, October 30, 2026 through Sunday, November 1, 2026 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. Learn more abut the conference at http://ffl.is/Anaheim.

Hotel accommodations are not included with registration and can be booked separately at http://ffl.is/AnaheimHotel.

Note: we do not offer single day registration, exhibit hall only registration, or social event only registration. Pricing will increase on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and registrations are subject to an on-site fee if completed on or after October 30, 2026

Mandatory Acceptance of COVID and General Waiver

Guidance for Registering Families or Groups

If you are registering a family or a group, you must register an adult before you register a child. Adults are always the primary person on a registration. You will be registering one person at a time.

Accommodating Special Needs

Children with Diabetes encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. Our youth programming staff are primarily college-aged students who have experience with type 1 diabetes. They are not trained to work with children who have disabilities. If you anticipate needing any type of accommodation or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact us via email at accommodations@childrenwithdiabetes.com in advance of your participation or visit to ensure that you or your child will be able participate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to Wednesday, September 30, 2026 will be refunded minus a $35 per person processing fee. After Wednesday, September 30, 2026, no refunds are available.
